PrivCare Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PrivCare platform (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services
PrivCare provides an online platform that connects individuals seeking caregiving services with self-employed caregivers. Our platform facilitates the matching process, allowing users to connect and engage in caregiving relationships.

3. User Registration
To use certain features of the platform, users may be required to register and create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
To maintain the integrity of our platform, businesses are not permitted to pose as candidates on PrivCare. If a business is found violating this rule:

  • Their account will be suspended and canceled immediately.

  • No refund will be provided.

  • Businesses seeking leads must contact PrivCare directly to receive them through the appropriate channels.

4. Self-Employment Status of Caregivers
All caregivers on the PrivCare platform operate as self-employed individuals. PrivCare is not an employer but a facilitator connecting caregivers with potential clients.

5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Users are responsible for the content they post on the platform, and it must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Privacy Policy
PrivCare’s Privacy Policy outlines how user data is collected, used, and protected. By using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment Terms
Payment terms between clients and caregivers are negotiated directly between the parties involved. PrivCare does not process payments and is not responsible for payment disputes.

8. Content Ownership
PrivCare retains ownership of the platform and its content. Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the platform, granting PrivCare a license to use, display, and distribute the content.

9. Termination of Accounts
PrivCare reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that may harm other users or the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability
PrivCare is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform or the services provided by caregivers.

11. Legal
PrivCare is signposting the self-employed carers insurance on behalf of Surewise & Surewise.com that are trading names of Sure Wise Limited who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). FCA Firm reference Number is 618327. Sure Wise Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 07432009. 12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
PrivCare reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

14. Sharing of Contact Details
By posting a job, care requirement, or inquiry on PrivCare, you consent to your contact details being shared with interested parties, including self-employed carers and care agencies, who may contact you directly to offer their services. PrivCare facilitates these introductions but does not guarantee the suitability or outcomes of any subsequent engagements.


No Refund Policy
At PrivCare.co.uk, we are committed to providing the best service possible. Please note that all payments made for our services are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all services offered, including but not limited to:

Service Fees:

  • Payments for our caregiving services are non-refundable once the payment has been processed, regardless of whether the service has commenced or not.

Additional Services:

  • Payments for additional services such as background checks, expedited service fees, and other administrative fees are non-refundable.
    We recommend that you carefully review your service requirements before making a payment.




PrivCare B2C Package – Terms & Conditions

Package Overview

  • The PrivCare B2C package is designed for businesses and agencies looking for client leads.

  • The package provides 20 client leads per month for a fee of £150 per month.

  • Leads are sent directly to the subscriber’s inbox.

  • This package does not provide access to the PrivCare platform.

Subscription & Payment

  • The B2C package operates on a monthly subscription basis.

  • Payment of £150 per month must be made in advance.

No Refund Policy

  • All payments for the B2C package are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Failure to use the provided leads.

    • Unsuitability of leads for the subscriber’s business needs.

    • Cancellation of the subscription before the end of the billing cycle.

Lead Delivery & Accuracy

  • PrivCare does not guarantee that every lead will convert into a client.

  • The effectiveness of leads depends on the subscriber’s own follow-up and engagement strategy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds or prorated adjustments will be provided for mid-month cancellations.

Fair Use & Compliance

  • Subscribers must use the leads for their own business purposes only and must not resell, share, or misuse the information.

  • Any misuse of leads or unethical business practices may result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund.

Changes to Terms

  • PrivCare reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
    By subscribing to the B2C package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
